The English organ has a very special sound of its own that is loved and appreciated throughout the world. Since 1970, Makin Organs Ltd has based its business on reproducing this sound for the benefit of countless churches.
Makin specialises in the production of totally bespoke instruments in the Westmorland Custom series of organs and has taken the realism of a pipeless instrument to a new level with the sound and touch of an English pipe organ. In addition, some of our organs come with alternative French and Baroque intonation as well.
Makin also produces three standard models of organ, the Westmorland Village, the Westmorland Jubilee and the Westmorland Sapphire which are designed for people who want to buy a quality off the shelf instrument at an excellent price.
